What is the COCP?

The problem is not the people.
It is the organisation.

The COCP teaches practitioners how to identify and address the conditions that create the Excellence Tax™: the extra labour, identity suppression, and personal cost that Black professionals carry in corporate workplaces.

Most diversity programmes focus on changing the individual. The evidence shows this does not work. The COCP is built on a different position: the organisation must change, and practitioners need the tools and the method to make that happen.

Who is it for?

For professionals working in HR, DEI, and change management equally.

Candidates need at least five years of work experience, including two or more years in change, HR, DEI, or consulting.

Practitioners receive a licence to use the Excellence Tax Diagnostic with individuals and within organisations, with no additional fee.

The qualification is designed to certify practitioners who can take the methodology into organisations, not create dependency on a single consultant.

Both formats lead to the COCP post-nominal designation and entry into the certified practitioner directory.

Standard Tuition

Pilot study partners wanted.

Organisations and individuals that take part in the pilot will receive the full training at exactly 50% off the standard tuition fees (e.g., the Self-Study Track is just £748.50) in exchange for a case study on outcomes. This is for professionals and organisations ready to take a clear position on culture change.
